Acura is the luxury and prestige brand of Honda, who also makes the Civic.
Also, the NSX is as easy to drive as a Civic, which is why it’s called the everyday supercar.

To most people a “luxury” car is anything expensive, and technically they’re not wrong.
Cars like the AMG-GT, BMW M3/4/5, and Jaguar F-Type are ultimately luxury sports cars . A sports car in the traditional sense would be something closer to a Miata, a Mustang, or something else.
Even an NSX is fairly docile and luxurious compared to more hardcore sports cars of its time.

Though that’s not nearly as reliable as a civic.
